► My application got accepted. What do I have to do next?

After you have received the letter of acceptance, you should register yourself for the Congress. The registration should be done by May 2022 when the Early Bird registration for the Congress ends. The registration info for the Congress can be found HERE. Registration starts on 31 March.

► Do PhD Workshop participants get a discounted fee for the congress?

PhD Workshop participants have one registration fee for the whole congress. It includes participation in the workshop, accommodation 3 nights, mid-day meals (4 days), social programme; participation in the Congress and Welcome Reception; Congress Dinner with a discount; transport from Narva to Tartu (if applicable).

Registration fees for participants from AESOP member institutions are 475€ (Early bird price) and 575€ (late registration price).

Registration fees for participants from AESOP non-member institutions are 525€ (Early bird price) and 600€ (late registration price).

Registration fees for participants from AESOP member institutions and individual AESOP members (discounted fee) are 390€ (Early bird price) and 490€ (late registration price).

► I am a member of the AESOP YA Network. Do I get travel support?

AESOP has allotted 5 full scholarships covering the workshop fee and one travel grant of 200€ for travel support. These bursaries are available only to members of the AESOP YA Network. If you applied to participate in the Workshop, you had an opportunity to ask for travel support via uploading a short statement together with the other documents in the registration form. Together with the acceptance letters, we will notify you if you got this support or not.

Those who didn't upload these documents or ask for this support will have to cover their travel expenses themselves.

► Where will the workshop take place?

The PhD Workshop takes place in Narva. The venue is the University of Tartu Narva College, read more HERE. It is located in the city centre. Address: Raekoja plats 2.
